Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager in Siauliai, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profits
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Biometric passport is required for international travel (optional)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and cost-control measures
