Part-Time Restaurant Manager in Siauliai, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Part-Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food preparation, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Schedule shifts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Manage budget and control costs to maximize profitability
- Interact with customers to address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Create marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and ensuring smooth operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficient in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally able to work in Lithuania
Salary: 1300$ per month (based on qualifications)
