We are hiring an entry-level crane operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites. Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes according to job requirements and safety standards
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Communicate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and instructions to accurately position materials and equipment
- Use hand signals or radio communication to direct crane movement
- Ensure that lifting operations are carried out in a safe manner at all times

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating cranes is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to read blueprints
- Good physical condition and ability to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and safety

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.
