Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land surfaces, using specialized equipment and techniques. Your main goal will be to ensure the accuracy and reliability of land surveys for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using precision equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and detailed reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project scope and requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make any necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss project details and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania. However, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate.
