Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment and tools to measure and map land features. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and markings for building projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land areas, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data
- Analyze data and create maps, charts, and reports
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure accurate surveying for building projects
- Keep detailed records of surveying activities and results
- Perform calculations and use computer software to process data
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to interpret maps, plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Valid visa or ability to obtain work visa for Siauliai
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
