Tutor for English Language Learners in Siauliai (Contract)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to provide English language instruction to learners in Siauliai. As a Tutor, you will work with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced. Your role will be to create engaging and effective lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to help students achieve their language learning goals. This is a contract position without accommodation or visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students and align with the curriculum objectives
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Provide personalized feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and ideas for improving instruction
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second/foreign language to learners of varying ages and levels
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and usage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other educators

Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1700$. Salary may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
