Administrator (Siauliai, Lithuania)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and providing support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for budgeting purposes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Manage the filing system and maintain accurate records.
- Provide support to the HR department by organizing employee records, updating databases, and assisting with recruitment processes.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided.
