Administrator - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Siauliai. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing office operations, managing schedules and appointments, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and preparing necessary materials.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal meetings or external clients.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments.
- Organize travel arrangements for team members when necessary.
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: 1500$ per month
