Loader Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, and excavators to load and transport materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
- Load and transport materials such as soil, gravel, and debris using loaders
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and transported

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one before starting work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating equipment safely
- Good communication skills in English or Lithuanian

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
