Sales Representative

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in Siauliai. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue through building strong relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by networking, cold calling, and visiting potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell our products to current and potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ activities

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the same industry (at least 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Must have a valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position that requires working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
