Office Manager
We are a growing company in need of an efficient and organized Office Manager to oversee our daily operations in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and possess strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management.
- Maintain budgets for office expenses and report any discrepancies to management.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Assist with recruitment processes by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Accommodation:
No accommodation will be provided for this position. Candidates must be able to commute to Siauliai on their own.
