As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our hotel in Siauliai, Lithuania. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the overall goals of the hotel. Your primary objective will be to attract new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and other sales tactics
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction for all guests
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to upper management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry is preferred

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

The position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania.
