Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Siauliai. Your main objective will be to increase occupancy and revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role (preferably in Siauliai)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
