Our 3-star hotel in Siauliai is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and promote the hotel’s services.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in sales or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. This position is open for students who are looking for part-time jobs to gain hands-on experience in the field of hotel sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact to promote the hotel’s services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth execution of events or bookings
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and forecast future trends
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
