Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious or unauthorized behavior
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks in new technologies and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the company's security posture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, databases, web applications, and cloud computing
- Familiarity with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, SIEMs, antivirus software
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
