Job Title: IT Support Specialist
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Utena, ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and networks. You will be the first point of contact for any technical issues and will need to have excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve them. This role also requires strong communication skills as you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Installing and configuring computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Setting up user accounts and permissions on various systems
- Maintaining accurate records of all support activities using our ticketing system
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use various software programs
- Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures for better efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed
Salary: 1000$ per month (without accommodation)
Location: Utena
Nationality: Preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities.
Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
