As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to our clients and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers and other related devices
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software applications
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Lithuanian

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this part-time position.
