We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Utena. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning techniques
- Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and visualization to prepare data for modeling
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make improvements as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in machine learning engineering or related role
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with SQL databases and big data processing tools (e.g. Hadoop)
- Solid understanding of statistics and mathematics related to machine learning algorithms
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
