Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through testing and identifying any defects or issues. You will work closely with our development team to understand project requirements and create test plans and cases, as well as execute manual and automated tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products
- Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs
- Create detailed test plans and cases based on project requirements
- Perform regression testing to ensure code changes do not introduce new issues
- Continuously improve testing processes by implementing best practices and tools
- Communicate test results to project stakeholders in a clear and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in manual testing of web applications across different browsers and devices
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Appium is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is also preferred)
