Unity Developer (Contract) - Utena, Lithuania


We are a rapidly growing game development company based in Utena, Lithuania seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging games for various platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the game design team to create and implement game features
- Develop and maintain high-quality code using C# and the Unity engine
- Optimize game performance and fix bugs as needed
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful implementation of game features
- Continuously learn and improve upon development techniques and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language
- Experience working with the Unity engine
- Familiarity with mobile game development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing games for multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile)
- Knowledge of gameplay systems and mechanics
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Passion for gaming industry trends and technologies

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position. In addition, we provide housing accommodation to our employees.

Location:
This position is located in Utena, Lithuania. We are open to considering remote work options for exceptional candidates.
