Job Title: Team Lead in Utena


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in the beautiful city of Utena. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your main goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while consistently meeting project deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures and implement solutions
- Act as a point of contact between the team and upper management
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
