Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve the goals and objectives of our company. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to motivate others will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of professionals in achieving company goals
- Setting clear objectives and providing guidance to team members
- Monitoring team performance and providing feedback for improvement
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions
- Conducting regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Training new team members and providing ongoing development opportunities for the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a leadership position preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Knowledge of agile methodology is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)

Location: Utena, Lithuania (candidates from other countries who have their own valid work visa will also be considered)

Salary: $1600 USD per month
