We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and social media platforms
- Providing product information and assistance with purchasing decisions
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, social media, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a part-time schedule

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
