Job Title: Junior Facade Specialist


We are currently seeking a Junior Facade Specialist to join our team in Utena. As a Junior Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience and is open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and planning of building facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of facades
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of facade construction
- Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on existing facades
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facade construction
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, but may require occasional travel to other locations for site visits.
