Contract Tiler in Utena

We are in need of a skilled Tiler to join our team in Utena on a contract basis. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone. You will need to have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and apply adhesives and grout
- Install tiles according to design plans or specifications
- Ensure all tiles are properly aligned and evenly spaced
- Cut, shape, and polish tiles using hand or power tools as needed
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of various tile types and installation methods
- Ability to read design plans or specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency preferred)
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of $1300 per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Utena. Accommodation may be provided if needed.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work required depending on project deadlines.
