Location: Utena, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Set up forms and molds according to specifications
- Install reinforcing steel bars and mesh
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surface using various hand tools
- Remove forms once concrete has dried
- Repair and maintain existing forms as needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Familiarity with different types of formwork systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Own visa or work permit for Lithuania (if non-EU citizen)
- Fluent in Lithuanian (preferred)
