A reputable auto salvage company in Utena is seeking a skilled Dismantler to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for dismantling and deconstructing various vehicles to retrieve usable parts for resale. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles using hand tools and power tools
- Identify and remove usable parts such as engines, transmissions, and body panels
- Inspect and test removed parts for quality and functionality
- Clean and organize work area to maintain safety standards
- Maintain inventory of parts and properly label for storage or sale

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler in an auto salvage or repair shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and electrical systems
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Certification or training in automotive technology or mechanics
- Experience working with European car models
- Fluent in Lithuanian or Russian
