Industrial Alpinist in Utena, Lithuania



Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining industrial structures, installing and repairing equipment, and performing safety checks and risk assessments.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial alpinism techniques and safety protocols. You should also have excellent physical strength and stamina as the job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and at great heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain industrial structures such as bridges, wind turbines, or oil rigs
- Install or repair equipment at heights using specialized tools
- Perform safety checks and risk assessments before each job
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial alpinism techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina to work at great heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including high winds or extreme temperatures
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
