We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Complete daily job site reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or breakdowns as needed
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines set by supervisors

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment issues

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 USD per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and plane tickets for international candidates.
