Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Utena. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. You will also be required to follow project plans and instructions, ensure safety protocols are being followed, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project plans and instructions
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on machinery
- Safely maneuver equipment on construction sites and other work areas
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, maintenance, and any incidents that may occur
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of various types of heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in a construction or industrial setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to obtain a valid work visa for Lithuania.
