We are hiring a skilled and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team in Utena. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$. Prior experience in solar installation is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on roofs or ground mounts
- Connect wiring between panels, inverters, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Basic knowledge of electrical concepts preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills related to solar installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
