Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the production of architectural drawings and designs for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of detailed architectural drawings and designs
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit to create drawings
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architecture firm
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
