Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating architectural designs and technical drawings for various building projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with building regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as experience using CAD software. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with contractors during construction phase to ensure design specifications are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month (without accommodation)
