Preservation Architect in Utena, Lithuania
We are searching for a qualified and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures by developing and implementing preservation plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that comply with local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the preservation plan is feasible and practical
- Oversee the implementation of preservation plans and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Monitor the progress of preservation projects to ensure they are completed within the designated timeline
- Conduct regular inspections of preserved buildings to ensure they are well-maintained
- Keep up-to-date with preservation techniques, materials, and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture and preservation techniques
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Utena, Lithuania. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
