Preservation Architect (Part-Time) in Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a talented and motivated Preservation Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Utena, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will work closely with clients to preserve and restore historic buildings while also ensuring they meet modern safety and building codes. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for historical preservation and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings to determine necessary restoration or preservation efforts
- Collaborating with clients to develop plans for preserving or restoring buildings while also meeting their needs and desires
- Adhering to local, state, and national building codes and regulations
- Utilizing specialized techniques and materials to restore or preserve historical buildings
- Communicating regularly with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitoring progress of projects and making adjustments as needed
- Ensuring all work meets high quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Prior experience working in preservation architecture is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and styles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Availability for part-time work schedule including some evenings or weekends if needed

Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodations can be provided if needed.
