Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for various projects. This is a contract job with accommodation provided, suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to fully understand project requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into architectural plans
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Present design ideas to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth implementation of design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools such as SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Utena, a beautiful city known for its historical buildings and natural landscapes. Our office is located in the city center, easily accessible by public transportation.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. The living arrangements will be shared among other employees but each individual will have their own private room.

Suitability:
This position is suitable for men due to the nature of the job involving occasional site visits which may require physical labor.
