Job Title: Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Utena. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs are compliant with local building codes and regulations
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Present design ideas to clients and make adjustments based on feedback
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong technical skills in drafting, detailing, and construction documentation
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
