We are a fast-paced architectural firm based in Utena, seeking a creative and driven Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Key Responsibilities:
- Design commercial buildings that meet client's requirements and budget
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project timelines and budget to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in commercial architecture to bring fresh ideas to projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Utena but remote work options are available.
