Industrial Architect
Location: Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial projects
- Create detailed designs and blueprints for industrial buildings and facilities
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the timely completion of projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
The job will be located in Utena, Lithuania.
