Job Title: Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Utena. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and possess a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is also required. You should be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements, budget, and timeline for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using design software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments or changes
- Review project budgets to control costs
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the project status

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
