Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses in the city of Utena. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information
- Design industrial buildings that are efficient, safe, and meet local building codes
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to design plans as needed
- Ensure all designs comply with environmental regulations and sustainability standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental considerations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for design

This is a part-time job that offers a salary of 1500$ per month. We also provide free visa assistance and cover the cost of your ticket to Utena.
