Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from initial design to final construction
- Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design proposals
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress throughout all phases of the project
- Lead a team of architects and designers by delegating tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring efficient workflow
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design techniques, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
