Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring for the position of Architecture Manager in Utena, offering a competitive salary of 1300$. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects, from design to completion. This is a full-time position and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each project
- Review and approve all architectural designs and plans before submission to clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in line with approved designs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and upper management
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and upper management
