We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion. Your duties will include creating detailed architectural plans, collaborating with clients and other professionals, and supervising junior architects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and designs based on client needs and specifications.

- Lead a team of junior architects and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
