We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent knowledge of architecture software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Develop architectural designs that meet client needs while adhering to safety and building codes
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using architecture software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
