As a Fitter in our company, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various mechanical components and systems. Your main duties will include interpreting technical drawings and plans, measuring and cutting materials to specific dimensions, and using hand and power tools to assemble parts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, you must possess excellent manual dexterity and physical strength as the job requires heavy lifting and working in tight spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components according to technical drawings and plans.
- Measure materials accurately using various tools.
- Cut materials to specific dimensions using saws or other cutting equipment.
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammers to install parts.
- Operate power tools like grinders, drills, and welding equipment to connect or fasten parts.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during assembly or installation.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical strength.
- Proficient use of hand tools and power tools.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
