We are recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with industrial machinery and possess a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and technical manuals
- Proficient in basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating production output

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery such as CNC machines or injection molding equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to machine operation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
