Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Utena. This is a contract position suitable for men with or without experience, as long as they have their own visa. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and be able to work independently and efficiently. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations. Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions into the company's system
- Review and verify accuracy of invoices and other financial documents
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close procedures
- Assist with preparing financial reports for management review
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
