Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and drink standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Adhere to budget guidelines and maintain financial records

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing costs effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
