Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patrons with finding and checking out materials
- Organize and maintain library resources, including books, audiovisual materials, and electronic resources
- Create catalog records for new library materials
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions
- Assist with inventory management and collection development
- Provide reference assistance to patrons through various mediums such as in-person or online chat services
- Plan and conduct engaging library programs for different age groups
- Stay updated on current trends in the field of librarianship

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for books and promoting literacy
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
